REQUIRED : Check in at the address with prior arrival announcement 30 minutes prior to arrival to the address.
The Property is fully furnished and includes all the appliances and amenities.
Party: The Rental Party shall consist only of Guests who are previously registered and communicated with the Homeowner or Property manager.
Rental Rules: Guests agree to always abide by the house rules while at the property and shall cause all members of the Rental party to abide by the following rules at all times while residing at the property.
Access: Guest shall allow the Homeowner and Property Manager access to the property for purposes of repair or emergency. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.
• The price includes daily rent, use of electricity, water and gas in the normal range, weekly change of bed linen, final cleaning.
• Residence tax is included in price
• Pets : depending on the accommodation, it is necessary to ask in advance for the permit and the cost
• Security deposit: 500 EUR (It is paid in cash upon arrival and returned to the guests on the day of departure after inspection of the villa)
Additional payment by the guest is possible only in the following case:
- Damage caused to the property or furnishing.
- Dirty or other mess requiring excessive cleaning.
Insurance: We encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances, accidents, or other issues that may prohibit Guests from traveling or fulfilling Rental Terms.
House Rules:
- The guests are required to leave the property in the same condition as it was prior to their arrival, otherwise an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
- If a guest's behaviour results in damages (except normal wear and tear) to the property and immediate surroundings of the property, the extra fee will be charged.
- Additionally, if the guest’s behaviour results in extraordinary damages the guests will be charged for the reparation. The guests need to pay the rest of the costs prior to the checkout or the authorities will be called upon.
- Only guests who are registered and previously communicated with the host can sleep in the house. If there are guests in the property about whom the host has not been informed extra cost of price for one night will be charged. (SeeAdria Price List on the SeeAdria Website)
- NO PETS
- Smoking inside the villa is strictly forbidden. If there are visible signs of smoking, an Ionization cleaning fee of 500,00 EUR will be charged

Urlaubsziel
Novigrad ist eine antike Stadt auf einer Halbinsel an der Westküste Istriens, genau auf halber Strecke zwischen Umag und Porec. Sie entstand auf einer Insel, die im 18. Jahrhundert mit dem Festland verbunden war. Er bewahrte das mittelalterliche Netzwerk von Ruinen, Palästen, Mauern und Türmen, gegen die er sich verteidigte.
Novigrad wird von einem milden mediterranen Klima mit langen, warmen Sommern bei durchschnittlich 24°C und milden Wintern bei durchschnittlich 6°C erwärmt. Angenehme Herbst- und Frühlingstemperaturen von ca. 17°C eignen sich für einen Aufenthalt in der Vor- und Nachsaison, wenn Novigrad aufgrund geringer Menschenmengen ideal für einen Urlaub ist. Die durchschnittliche Anzahl sonniger Stunden von 2400 Stunden gehört zu den höchsten in Kroatien. Von den Winden aus werden Sie im Sommer mit einem erfrischenden Mistral und in anderen Perioden mit einer gesunden, kalten Bora und einem warmen, feuchten Südwind abhängen.
Wenn Sie sich am meisten für die Badesaison interessieren, dauert sie in Novigrad von Mai bis Oktober. Novigrad ist im Sommer voller Veranstaltungen, sei es Konzerte, Kinderveranstaltungen, Gourmetfestivals oder Sportwettbewerbe.
Novigrad zeigt seine reiche Fischertradition auf den köstlichsten Gnam-Gnam-Festivals im Namen von Sardinen, Wolfsbarsch, Jakobsmuscheln und anderen Delikatessen mit Meeresfrüchten und Spargel. Es begeistert Kinder mit Festen von Straßenzauberern, wenn die Straßen und Parks voller Clowns, Jongleure und Stelzenläufer sind. Novigrad-Sommernächte bieten oft die Gelegenheit, den Sternenhimmel mit Teleskopen und Konzerten junger, nicht etablierter Musiker zu beobachten.
